I've been interested in real estate since an early age. My mom (Shawna) is a mortgage banker here in Sioux Falls and she is the one who initially sparked my interest. I started in real estate by buying and house hacking a duplex (living in one side and renting the other). I also do management at Monarch Property Management which has helped me learn a lot about rentals properties and what goes into such an investment.
